Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Complainnearby Remodeling works and how we get paid. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Our Role as a Referral Service

Complainnearby Remodeling is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom and kitchen remodeling providers. We do not do design, demolition, plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinet, or any other remodeling work.

When you call the number shown on this website or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Complainnearby Remodeling may be paid by providers or marketing partners for the calls, form submissions, or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets. Complainnearby Remodeling does not offer financing.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or partners of Complainnearby Remodeling. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, contracts, pricing, and payment terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance, and permits
• How it talks with you and how it conducts itself

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider or a promise about its work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that time.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions and check credentials. Request an itemized written quote, and compare it with other quotes before you decide.

Call Recording

Calls made through this website may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification, and billing purposes.
